Will These Bands Have A Breakthrough 2015?

As you know, Dirty Glitter is where people go to find the best in new and emerging music. There are so many great indie bands waiting to be discovered and here are a few of my predictions for bands that are going to have a breakthrough 2015. Let me know your thoughts, or if you think there should be a band added to the list, let me know by commenting below!

These four rock and roll lads are loud, explosive young, sexy and full of guitars. They write songs about tales of love and lust- you know, regular stuff. Their energetic live shows belong on a big stage. If you get a chance to see them on tour, do it. You'll be glad you did.

These guys emerged in 2012 and have made quite a name for themselves. Their influences range from Arctic Monkeys to Led Zeppelin and their music exhibits a variety of styles and sounds. They have an undeniable and powerful sage presence and their energetic sound certainly set them apart from other bands.

This UK band somehow combines he melodic power of bands like Smashing Pumpkins with the Brit Pop sound of Franz Ferdinand. If you're into bands like Circa Waves and Catfish and the Bottlemen, then you are going to dig these guys.

Reignwolf = pure sex. Hands down. Dirty, raw, passionate. If Jimmy Page and Robert Plant were to have a lovechild, Reignwolf would be it. What more needs to be said?!

Every once in a while there is a band that comes out of a state so left field that it literally blindsides me. Enter, Black Oxygen. Their mission is simple: to play good old R&R with a young man's swagger. A little heavier than what I normally feature on Dirty Glitter but they have that vibe you simply can't deny.

  1. The Black Cadillacs, Crass Mammoth, or NE-HI from Chicago. That's my call.

    2. And I *expect* Reignwolf to blow-up this year once his album he's recording comes out. It's a "No Brainer"
